TEEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
The Bob Malkin Young Ambassadors and Levenson Exchange and Advocacy Program is a two-year exchange program between Young Ambassadors (YAs) from Sarasota-Manatee and Tel Mond, our sister city in Israel. Students selected to participate in this highly subsidized program will develop unbreakable bonds, learn about each other’s cultures and learn how to be young ambassadors in their respective communities.
Applications will be accepted every other year. Jewish students in grade 10, who have resided in Sarasota or Manatee county for at least one year are eligible to apply. Please see the "IMPORTANT DATES" module in the sidebar for up-to-date information, including application deadlines.
Please read the applications guidelines document (click on image at right) prior to applying. When the application window opens, click the APPLY button to begin the application process.
*No student will be denied this opportunity due to a lack of financial resources. Such situations will be addressed by the Federation’s Financial Hardship Committee.
This program is made possible by generous donors to The Bob Malkin Young Ambassador Program,
and Bart and Joan Levenson of the Levenson Exchange and Advocacy Program.
