Marketing Manager

Bryon manages the marketing budget to maximize the impact and cost-effectiveness of marketing work products. He oversees website functions, email marketing, social media, contests and promotions.

Graphic Designer

Karen designs all internal and outward-facing marketing materials for the Federation including building advertisements, invitations, mailings, and event programs.

Advertising Sales Manager

Marc connects businesses and organizations with the community through sponsorships and advertising across The Jewish News, Shalom SRQ, and festival brochures.

Jewish News Editor

Heidi is responsible for the layout and publication of our monthly newspaper, the Jewish News, and serves as the liaison between the Federation and all of our community editorial contributors.

Social & Web Content Coordinator

Jesse is a creative professional with a passion for strengthening community through thoughtful design and storytelling.

Design & Content Coordinator

Monica contributes to both our print publications and online platforms. She helps create and manage content for various social media platforms and creates photos & video content for use on social media, email and in-person events.

Susan leads all day-to-day finance operations including reporting and auditing activities.

Accounting Specialist

Our accounting specialist, serves as endowment accounts payable, and accounts receivable administrator.

Community Engagement

Holocaust Education Programming

Bette oversees, develops, and implements programming to support the Federation as a center of excellence for Holocaust awareness and education.

Youth & Family Engagement Manager

Bethany is Youth & Family Engagement Manager of Camp Yonnie, our new Jewish day camp, and oversees our Youth & Family programming including PJ Library, teen STEP program and more.

Program Manager

Carol coordinates annual community programs like the Jewish Film Festival and People of the Book author series. She is also responsible for one-time events such as JFED at 65.

Camp & Teen Experience Director

Ethan works as the Camp and Teen Experience Director throughout the year to plan the camp program, recruit families, campers, and staff; as well as representing Camp Yonnie.

Director of Campus Operations

Lisa is the Director of Campus Operations, Community Coordinator of the LIFE & LEGACY initiative, software super-user and coach, and a member of the campus construction team.

Receptionist

Keely greets our visitors, operates the telecommunication system, maintains security, and supports our teams in various ways.

Custodial/Handyman

Supports campus operations through maintenance, carpentry, event setup, equipment movement, landscaping, and general facilities assistance as needed.

Engagement Administrator

Monica provides administrative support by tracking events, managing communication flow, and assisting engagement and program teams as needed.

Director of The Ora Athletic Club

Paul oversees our entire SunCourt Sports business and unit and athletic programs including our after-school youth athletics.

Yael leads our group exercise programming to ensure a high-quality, engaging experience for all participants.

Maintenance Technician

Chris performs routine inspections and repairs to ensure the property remains pristine and well-maintained.

John’s role involves the upkeep of clay courts, pickleball courts and basketball courts.

Chief of Staff

Navita is the assistant to the CEO, coordinating C-suite calendars, conference calls, Board & Committee meetings and acts as Board Liaison.

People & Culture Manager

Jennifer serves as the human resources business partner for the Federation. She is responsible for managing the Human Resource function to include hiring, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee culture.
