Eleven Jewish teens represented the Florida Gulf Coast delegation at the 2026 JCC Maccabi Games in Kansas City in August. They joined over 900 athletes from across North America and around the world, including Mexico, Israel, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Panama and over 20 different states. Small but mighty, the Florida Gulf Coast delegation secured 31 medals across swimming, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer. Mazel Tov!
Spirited competition fills the week, but the JCC Maccabi Games goes beyond great sport.
