One of the missions of the Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee is to connect Jews to Jewish life and each other. From day trips to an author lecture series; our annual Jewish Film Series, to an educational seminar; we offer programming geared to capture your interest and help build connections in our community.

The Jewish Film Series is a highlight of our programming season. Moviegoers enjoy a diverse line-up of award-winning films selected to move, energize, and inspire.

People of The Book
Program Details
People of the Book is a program of JFSM offered in partnership with the Jewish Book Council. This author-led lecture series is designed to introduce adults to compelling reading with a focus on Jewish authors and topics. Each book promises to be a page-turner that lends itself to lively dialogue.
