Senior Accountant

Susan reconciles our general ledger accounts and assist the CFO with financial reporting, auditing, and other related tasks



Accounting Clerk

Erisa is responsible for the Federation’s Accounts Payable, processing and recording  all deposits as well as recording Jewish News advertising sales.



Donor Information Specialist

Works closely with Development on our donor’s pledges, payments, receipts, and statements.




Director of Marketing & Communications

Ellen oversees all aspects of the Federation’s marketing and communications including The Jewish News, Shalom SRQ, campus promotion and media relations.



Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Ethan creates our digital content, manages email communications and social media channels, and facilitates the production of marketing materials.



Digital Specialist & Webmaster

Mia manages all aspects of web design/development to produce a seamless user experience in conjunction with implementing digital marketing methods.



Senior Graphic Designer

Karen designs all internal and outward-facing marketing materials for the Federation including building advertisements, invitations, mailings, and event programs.



Advertising Sales Manager

Adam is responsible for connecting businesses and organizations with our community through sponsorships and advertising sales in The Jewish News, Shalom SRQ, the annual Jewish Film Festival brochure, and more.

Community Engagement


Director of Community Engagement

Lindsey helps people recognize, understand, and combat antisemitism and anti-Zionism, and directs the Heller Jewish Community Relations Committee.



Director of Programming & Community Outreach

Trudi supervises all aspects of programming, manages outreach and engagement initiatives for, as well as welcoming newcomers to, our vibrant Jewish community.



Teen & Family Programs Manager

Jessi curates a fun, welcoming, safe Jewish community for young families and teens, offering a variety of unique experiences to grow their personal relationship with Judaism and Israel.



Cultural Arts Manager

Jeremy provides the wealth of engagement opportunities within the realm of the cultural arts arena from films to books, to social get-togethers for our active adult community.



Holocaust Education & Programming

Bette is responsible for the Federation’s Holocaust Education Initiative offering events and educational  programs targeted to all members of the community and especially, to teachers and students.

Director of Donor Relations

Lisa is the Director of Donor Relations, Community Coordinator of the LIFE & LEGACY initiative, software super-user and coach, and a member of the campus construction and operations team.



Senior Development Manager

Beth manages the daily operations of the development moves management system and conducts prospect research for the development team.



Senior Director of Women’s Philanthropy

Ilene cultivates relationships, increases involvement, solicicts gifts and stewards donors to advance Federation’s mission with a focus on Women’s Philanthropy.



Special Events and Grants Coordinator

Lauren coordinates Special Events and is also our grant writer to help fund services and programs that we offer to the community.

For more than 20 years Rich has been encouraging support from our donors for our Federation, Israel and our Jewish and general community.


IT & Security


Director of IT

Jon oversees all levels of technology for the Federation. He identifies new trends in technology and related software to enhance the experience of employees and connected members of the Federation.



Community Security Director

Tom administers a security program that provides consultations, building and organizational assessments, training, and threat mitigation to Federation organizations.



Campus Security Manager

A hands-on position responsible for the day-to-day management of the security functions for JFSM. The purpose of this position is to predict, prevent, detect and respond to criminal attacks against the people and assets of the campus.


Human Resources


Human Resources & Operations Manager

Kathy is our HR Manager and supports our development efforts through committee work, event planning and donor communications.




Executive Coordinator

Navita is the assistant to the CEO, coordinating C-suite calendars, conference calls, Board & Committee meetings and acts as Board Liaison.



Administrative Assistant

Leslie provides administrative support for Federation programs, events, and various scholarships, and manages the events calendar, registrations, and constituent database.



Director of Event Center Business Development

Deanna identifies and develops new business opportunities relating to our event center with consideration towards building relationships in the community.



Campus Project Manager

Lee oversees the care and maintenance of our administrative building and tackles campus projects as they arise throughout the facility.
